Relationships in the Spotlight: PROMO SHOW 2025 Summary
PROMO SHOW 2025 brought together nearly 300 exhibitors, 600 brands, and 9,100 visitors, including almost 2,300 representatives from over 30 countries. The event spanned three halls, showcasing hundreds of promotional products, the latest innovations, workshops with SHOP DOCTOR – Marek Borowiński, media and machine demonstrations, product premieres, and the third, informal trade show day: the PROMO SHOW Gala.
The International Advertising and Printing Trade Show PROMO SHOW took place on January 29-30, 2025, at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. This event has become a permanent fixture in the marketing industry calendar, as reflected in the high attendance at this year’s edition. The trade show offers a wide range of solutions for anyone looking for the latest trends in advertising and printing, all in a convenient location in the heart of the capital.
PROMO SHOW is dedicated to advertising agencies, printing houses, and marketing professionals.
This year’s organizers noted a significant increase in the number of international visitors compared to previous years. Registered guests came from countries such as Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, companies from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Egypt, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Italy, India, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Moldova, and Ghana also attended.
This remarkable growth in international interest is the result of effective global promotion, which successfully attracted participants from around the world.
The SUPER GIFT competition saw an impressive turnout this year. Trade show attendees had the opportunity to vote for their favorite promotional gadgets in seven categories: Products up to 5 PLN, 5-20 PLN, 20-50 PLN, 50-100 PLN, Over 100 PLN, GIFT BOX, Super Business Gift – an award for the best promotional item targeted at managers.
The votes are currently being counted, and the results will be announced soon.
Dr. Marek Borowiński, an international expert in color psychology, advertising, and sales, led two days of free training sessions.
Day one focused on color psychology, effective marketing strategies, and the emotional aspects of selling.
Day two was dedicated to the sports industry, covering how to design sports gadgets that build brand identity and boost sales.
Participants learned how to create effective advertising campaigns and design eye-catching promotional products that attract customers and foster brand loyalty.
On the first day of the trade show, over 1,000 guests attended a gala event, including exhibitors and representatives from advertising agencies in Poland and abroad. For years, this evening has been considered an informal “third trade show day,” providing an excellent opportunity for business networking in a relaxed setting.
During the official part of the event, companies celebrating anniversaries were honored, with interviews featured in the latest edition of OOH magazine. The recognized companies included: BeJoy, Greenverta, EZOP Plus, Guapa Produkcja, Ważka Agencja Reklamowa, TOPQ, DrukPolska, ENYES, Pro-Active, Infomax Wrocław, JetLine, Oktis, PRODIR, and Velilla Group.
Representatives from industry organizations and partners – AIMFAP, FYVAR, PIAP, and EPPI – were also invited to the stage to share insights about their collaboration with PROMO SHOW.
The gala partners were ANDA, Druk Polska, Guapa Produkcja, and TOPQ.
The Samba di Janeiro-themed evening transported attendees to the heart of Brazil, with vibrant dancers' costumes and an electric atmosphere full of positive energy, where the rhythms of samba had everyone dancing.
The next edition of PROMO SHOW will once again take place at EXPO XXI Warsaw on February 11-12, 2026.
