Warsaw, September 18, 2025. — During the 17th edition of the Marketing Festival at EXPO XXI, the first PIAP Connect&Knowledge 2025 conference was held, organized by the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP). The event was attended by over 150 representatives of the advertising industry and related sectors. The guest of honor was Minister Agnieszka Majewska, Spokesperson for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, who took patronage of the conference and spoke on issues of key importance to SMEs.
The program was prepared with attention to quality and practical application to business development. Speakers included Joanna Tonkowicz, Karolina Śliwińska, Marcin Grela, and Marcin Banaszkiewicz, experts in the areas of sales, leadership, and personal branding. The ICAN Institute was the content partner for the event, and the conference combined elements of knowledge, inspiration, and networking.
The most important topic turned out to be the issue of spending limits on company gadgets. During the event, a map of European regulations was presented and handed over to the Minister. The comparison showed huge differences between EU countries – in Poland, the limit is only about PLN 20 per person, while in Italy it is EUR 50, in Slovenia EUR 42, and in many countries, such as Denmark and Malta, there are no such restrictions at all. The industry emphasized that the current regulations put Polish companies at a competitive disadvantage and called for them to be changed.
The conference confirmed PIAP's organizational professionalism – from a well-thought-out agenda to a high level of comfort for participants. Its strong point was the presence of the SME Ombudsman, which gave the debate additional prestige and opened up space for dialogue between entrepreneurs and public administration.
The meeting was held as part of the Marketing Festival, which this year attracted over 200 exhibitors and 3,100 participants. The PIAP Connect&Knowledge 2025 conference became an important voice of the industry in the discussion about the future of the promotional products market and business support tools.
