PIAP at RemaDays 2026 – Conversations, Relationships and the Industry in One Place

This year’s edition of RemaDays at Ptak Warsaw Expo once again confirmed that the promotional products industry in Poland is in strong — and even very strong — condition. High attendance, dynamic discussions and clear interest in product innovations made it three intensive days for everyone involved.

For the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products (PIAP), it was a particularly important time — filled with meetings, premieres and genuine networking.

The PIAP Booth – A Networking Hub

From the very first day, the PIAP booth became a natural meeting point for the industry. We welcomed Chamber members, new exhibitors, companies interested in joining PIAP, as well as institutional partners.

Discussions went beyond current projects and focused on market challenges, regulatory changes, product trends and plans for 2026. Once again, the trade fair proved that offline contact carries tremendous value — enabling faster trust-building and more effective alignment on shared strategic directions.

Premiere of the “Marketer’s Essentials 2026” in Poland

One of the key highlights of PIAP’s presence at RemaDays was the distribution of the latest edition of the “Marketer’s Toolkit 2026” catalog.

The catalog reached hundreds of visitors — marketers, advertising agencies, procurement departments and company representatives looking for reliable suppliers. For us, this publication is not merely a catalog, but a practical tool that actively supports the visibility of our member companies and organizes the industry’s offer in one comprehensive place.

Full Attendance of the PIAP Board

The entire PIAP Board was present during the trade fair:

Michał Matwiejczyk, Monika Witt, Maciej Maćkowiak, Zbigniew Grzeszczuk, Paweł Ślusarz, Kamil Kalicki and Andrzej Klimek.

Their active engagement in conversations at the booth demonstrated how important direct presence and openness to dialogue truly are. With such strong visitor interest, all hands were needed on deck — and the energy of collective effort was clearly felt.

New Members and On-Site Activities

RemaDays also provided an opportunity to meet new PIAP members and companies that joined the Chamber in recent months. A particularly noteworthy highlight was the presence of Oh My Wall!, which carried out live wall printing directly at the PIAP booth during the event — showcasing the practical applications of modern wall printing technologies.

Such initiatives not only attracted attention but also strengthened the substantive value of the Chamber’s presence, demonstrating the real capabilities of companies associated within PIAP.

Cooperation with the Organizers

We would like to thank the organizers of RemaDays — GJC International and Ptak Warsaw Expo — for their cooperation and professional organization of the event. RemaDays remains an important date in PIAP’s industry calendar, enabling integration within the community and joint planning for further market development.

What’s Next?

Participation in RemaDays marked another step in the implementation of PIAP’s 2026 strategy — based on offline presence, relationship building and strengthening the position of the promotional products industry in Poland and across Europe.

Every conversation, every piece of feedback and every new meeting serves as motivation for our continued efforts.
