PIAP Connect Kraków – intimate networking and great energy

The first meeting in the PIAP Connect 2026 series is now behind us. Kraków opened the cycle of local events organized by the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products – and did so exactly in the style we had envisioned from the very beginning: intimate, substantive, and people-focused.

Instead of large exhibition halls – a space that encourages conversation.
Instead of random traffic – conscious participants.
Instead of rush – time for building relationships.

A space that works for relationships

We met at the Booking Crown Piast & Spa hotel in Kraków, where the conference room changed its function for one day. Instead of a classic layout, it became an open networking space where exhibitors and visitors could meet without barriers.
This format was key. PIAP Connect is not a trade fair to simply “walk through.” It is an event designed to create the conditions for conversation – both the first exchange and those that often turn into long-term cooperation.

Attendance and energy that make a difference

Kraków showed that this formula is needed. The turnout was strong, but even more important was who attended – people genuinely interested in collaboration, products, and business development.

The atmosphere? Focused, yet relaxed.
The conversations? Concrete, yet open.
All complemented by the great energy of the exhibitors, who not only presented their offerings but actively engaged in dialogue with participants.

Details also mattered – a comfortable venue and excellent catering facilities that encouraged more informal conversations. Because often, the best projects begin over coffee.

It was precisely this diversity – of products, specializations, and approaches – that created value for visitors.

A format that makes sense

PIAP Connect in Kraków confirmed one thing: the industry needs meetings on a scale that truly allows people to get to know each other.
Without crowds.
Without randomness.
With a focus on the quality of connections.
This event does not end when the doors close. It begins in the conversations that continue long after the event itself.

A strong start

Kraków was the first stop on the PIAP Connect 2026 map – and a very strong opening for the entire series. It proved that local trade events in an intimate format can be not only an alternative to large-scale events, but a thoughtful complement to them. And above all – that a well-designed industry meeting truly works.
