The third of four meetings within the PIAP Connect 2026 series took place in Gdańsk, at the AMBEREXPO venue. And although the May weather by the sea felt more like autumn than spring, the atmosphere inside definitely kept participants warm.
After successful events in Kraków and Wrocław, it was time for another edition of the local trade fairs organized by the Polish Chamber of Promotional Products. Gdańsk confirmed that the PIAP Connect format responds to the real needs of the industry — creating space for meaningful conversations, relationship-building, and discovering new product solutions.
AMBEREXPO Transformed into a Meeting Space for the Industry
For one day, the large AMBEREXPO hall was transformed into an exhibition space for PIAP members. At the heart of the event were conversations, networking, and direct meetings between suppliers, resellers, marketers, and representatives of the advertising industry.
Attendance was strong, and visitors arrived with specific needs and a readiness for business discussions. Exhibitors were fully prepared to present their products and solutions, while the open and comfortable event format encouraged the development of valuable business connections.

An Atmosphere That Defines the Event
The atmosphere created by exhibitors and partners also played a major role throughout the event. Participants could enjoy excellent catering, relaxed conversations, and space for more informal meetings.
Particular interest was generated by the coffee zone prepared by our newest member — Counter. Matcha, espresso tonic, and excellent coffee quickly became one of the strongest networking points of the event.
Because PIAP Connect is not only about product presentations. Above all, it is about bringing the industry together in a format that allows people to genuinely connect.
